Help create a fun, safe, and engaging environment where kids can learn about Jesus on their level. From leading small groups to helping with check-in or activities, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the next generation.​

Care

Whether it’s providing a meal, writing a card, offering prayer, or stepping in with practical help, the care team shows the love of Jesus in tangible ways. This team exists to support our church family through every season of life.

C3 YTH

Invest in middle and high school students by building relationships, leading discussions, and creating a space where they can grow in faith. Serving here means being a mentor and encourager during a formative season of life.​

Prayer

Stand in the gap for our church through intentional prayer. Whether it’s praying with someone during service or covering C3 in intercession, this team creates a foundation of spiritual strength for everything we do.

Security

Whether it’s monitoring the building, assisting with emergencies, or simply being a steady presence, you’ll provide peace of mind and protection for every person who walks through our doors.

Media

Use your creative skills to share the gospel and invite people to church. Whether it’s designing graphics, capturing video, or sharing content online, you’ll help spread our message beyond Wednesday.

Hospitality

Every week, we share dessert together, and once a month we share dinner. You can serve by helping provide food and creating a space where people feel cared for and connected over a meal.

C3 Experience

The first impression matters. As part of the greeting team, you’ll welcome people with a smile, help them feel at home, and set the tone for a great Wednesday night experience.

Worship

Be part of leading our church in worship that points to Jesus. If you sing or play an instrument, you can use your gifts to create an atmosphere where people encounter God.

Logistics

Not having our own building means we set the stage every week. From putting out signs to setting up equipment, you’ll make Wednesdays possible from start to finish.

Production

Everything that happens on stage depends on a great team behind the scenes. From running sound and lights to operating slides, you’ll help make each service run smoothly and distraction-free.

Assimilation

Help people take their next step at C3. From connecting with new faces to guiding them into groups, serving opportunities, or deeper community, the assimilation team makes sure no one slips through the cracks.
